Mission
We believe that God has called First Baptist Church to Worship the Savior, Win the Lost, Disciple the Won, and Care for the Fellowship. As a youth group, the values call us to be a God-centered, Christ-exalting, Bible-teaching, worship-driven group that is seeking for God’s glory to be made known throughout the earth.
The “ten thirty-one” vision is that every student, and hopefully every believer, would “do all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). This vision is the simplest statement of the call of every Christian and it is the only way that the world will hear about the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Additionally, each individual student has a specific purpose that God is preparing them for (Eph. 2:10), and it is the desire of the youth ministry of First Baptist church to help them understand that purpose.
